Nikolai Mnev: Combinatorial fiber bundles

We discuss a general way of encoding fiber bundles with a fiber F and base B by purely combinatorial data -- "colorings" of triangulations of B by discrete countable category related to F. This "colorings" produces canonically triangulated fiber bundles. For example we got a canonical simplicial structure on the tangent bundle of a combinatorial manifold.
