January 4:  I will be at York on Thursday January 9 and Friday January 10 between 10:00-12:00 hr. If you want to see your final exam, please send me an email to make an appointment. Happy New Year.
December 24:  The unofficial final grades are ready to be consulted in pdf format at Grades.
November 29:  The Final Exam will be given on Sunday, December 15, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., in the Rexall Tennis Centre. An information sheet about the exam is available at Final Exam Information.

November 13:  The Fall 2013 Course evaluations are available on-line at http://courseevaluations.yorku.ca. Students are highly encouraged to complete the evaluations. They can be completed from November 13, 2013 to December 6, 2013.
November 6:  Unofficial grades for all exams up to Midterm 2 are available in pdf format at Grades.
October 8:  Bethune is offering free four-day Math Review Sessions to those who may be having problems in first year math. Their purpose is to familiarize students with important basic algebraic and trigonometric concepts that may not have been fully covered in high school and which can often significantly hurt performance in university math courses. These sessions are 4 days long in total, Wed-Saturday, starting on Oct 30th. For more information and registration visit bethune.yorku.ca/math.

September 23:  Unofficial grades for Quiz 1 and future exams are available in pdf format at Grades. The quiz can be picked up during office hours.
September 9:  Welcome!
  Quiz 1 on Sections 1.2, 1.3 will take place on Monday September 16 at the end of class. The schedule for the next quizzes will be posted in the Tentative Schedule below.
  As noted in the course outline, optional assistance with mathematical questions about the course is available at MATH LAB, PASS, and PEER TUTORING. The PASS session for this course starts next week and will take place on Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm in BC230 (Bethune College) and Fridays from 2:30-4pm in BC203.
