Abstract: We present different compactifications of classes of graphs. We consider a random walk on the graph and study the following questions; whether the random walk converges to the boundary and whether the Dirichlet problem at infinity is solvable. Under suitable criteria we answer those questions in the case of the Floyd compactification. We compare with known results of other types of compactifications.[hide abstract]
