Abstract: We consider extreme values of Dirichlet polynomials with multiplicative coefficients, namely DN(t) : = Df, N(t)= N-1/2 Σ n≤N f(n) nit, where f is a completely multiplicative function with absolute value always equal to 1. Based on Hough's work on large character sums, we use Soundararajan's resonance method to produce large values of |DN(t)| uniformly for all such f.
