Abstract: Cardiac resynchronisation therapy treats ventricular dyssynchrony but fails in ~30% of cases. Septal pacing, a simpler alternative, may offer better outcomes depending on pacing site. We used a 3D cardiac model with 300 septal sites to simulate pacing and assess synchrony. Surface ECG criteria were evaluated for accuracy, and machine learning explored for improvement.
